Before you install Fedora you will have to burn your iso image to a disk using whichever burning software you use, make sure you choose burn iso rather than just copying the image to disc. 

Make sure you defrag Windows if you are going to create a partition to install Fedora on.

You will also have to make sure your machine boots to CD/DVD drive first, you may need to go into the Bios and alter the boot sequence or some machines you would insert the disc and press F12 as it boots, then choose the option to boot to CD drive.</description>
